The Tenant advised the following: The doors and the locks are fine but the adjoining props that keep the doors open when trading are faulty/ worn out so the two glass doors risk closing in on patients, customers when entering or exiting the shop.This is particularly a concern for the elderly with walking aids and babies in prams. The staff have ‘chocked’ each door open with wooden wedges and rubber stoppers but the whole set up is very unable given the wide gap between the floor and bottom of each door. Ideally the doors probably need to be secured open during trading hours by a shifting bolt to the floor which would need a hole for each through the flooring but assessment by a handyman is advisable.
