TAKE SADDLES I have a Industrial type Rolla- door on a small factory unit that requires ( hopefully) an adjustment / service. Currently it has a mind of its own - sometimes she goes up and down - no problem... Other times it seems the chain that you pull to operate it, doesn't grab and it just goes round and round???

SHUTTER REPAIR

Debbie Cook (shop owner): 0410 508 059 As discussed, could you please arrange to attend site to inspect the front concertina doors that are not opening or closing without great force. Could you please send us any details relating to scope to repair and associated costs. The business owner is repeatedly calling us stating that the door is only half opening / becoming stuck. I can see from some photos that it appears that some of the rollers may not be in the track. We have some other insurance related repairs, which include patching plasterboard, but feel it is essential to have the door operating first prior to these repairs.
